The UCW (United Church Women) meet monthly on the second Tuesday of the month from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
Come and join the ladies of Riverbend United Church.
Enjoy worship, friendship and fellowship with those you know and also meet and make new friends.
We are a “small” group doing “big” things and we would love to have some new members.

Riverbend United Church Playgroup. New and exciting program for 0 - 4 year olds. Meets from September until June: Fridays 10:00am– 11:30am in the Church basement. Come join us for an informal playtime, fun and fellowship. Fee: freewill donation. For further information contact

Choir

Thursdays
|
Choir: please feel free to join us for an choir experience. We meet very casually on Thursday evenings at 7:30pm in the sanctuary and sing some simple anthems and old hymns, and if we are high enough in numbers we will choose one of them to sing as an anthem for the 10:30am service on the following Sunday.
For the 9am service, we meet just prior to the service (no rehearsal, unless we take time to sing a choice quickly at 8:45am!) and choose an old favorite hymn to sing during the offering, again, given adequate numbers.
All are welcome to join us any Thursday/Sunday you are available.

Woman's Walking Group
Ladies, you are invited to join us on Wednesday mornings for a neighborhood walk. Whatever your ability, leisurely or fast-paced, come for some heart-healthy exercise and friendly chat. We leave from the church at 9:00am, walk for about an hour, then return to the church for coffee (bring your own). We'd love to have you join us. No registration is necessary, just arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of time.
