Trinity Sunday

16th century Russian icon, depicting the Holy Trinity welcoming us into the circle of love.

"we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have obtained access to this grace in which we stand. . . . because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given to us."  Romans 5:1-5

Today is Trinity Sunday, the day on which the Church pays honour to the Holy Trinity: the Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer of life. Sheila Stanley will lead the service and Deacon Jim Stanley will offer a story for the children. Rev. John E. Boyd will preach a sermon entitled "Standing in Grace." Music will be provided by our Senior Choir under the direction of our Director of Music, Lynette Wahlstrom. The scriptures for this Sunday are Proverbs 8:1-4, 22-31Psalm 8;  Romans 5:1-5 and John 16:12-15, We hope you will join us.
