Missionettes

Missionettes Girls Club is a ministry tool to help fulfill the Titus 2 principle of women mentoring young girls. Girls can begin Missionettes at 5-6 years of age and continue on to the fifth grade. The group is similar to Brownies or Girl Scouts, but bases itself on Christian principles.

There are 2 programs:  Prims (K-3rd grade) and Stars (4-6th grade). Missionettes meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month while school is in session.

Stars and Prims

The Fivefold Purpose of Missionettes is:
  • To win girls to Jesus Christ through love and acceptance
  • To teach them to obey everything Jesus commanded us--developing girls spiritually and mentally
  • To provide encouragement, support, and accountability through lasting Christian relationships
  • To provide an environment for girls to develop their gifts and abilities
  • To acquaint them with the Great Commission of Jesus Christ our Lord
Each of the following clubs have their own uniform (t-shirt), pledges, motto, and program guide. Girls earn colorful badges as they work their way through 4 week units. There are 18 units that will be completed in 2 years.

If you would like more information about this wonderful program for girls - please contact either Kathleen Ward or Carolyn Rudin.
