Welcome to All, Visitors and Friends!
Everyone is invited worship with us and praise God the Orthodox way. Christ says, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." (Mt. 11:28-30) When we come together as a loving community on Sunday to do the work of Divine Liturgy, we experience Christ's healing power and find rest for our souls. And being thus refreshed we want to share this saving experience with others. Please remember, however, that Holy Communion can be administered only to Orthodox Christians who have prepared themselves by fasting and prayer.
Confession
Confessions are heard each Sunday before Orthos, from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., or by appointment on Saturday afternoon. All Orthodox Christians are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to receive God's grace, forgiveness, and healing. Confession is a great aid in the work of growing closer to Christ. It is also a great comfort.
