Some changes: Bob is unable to get back from Othello to help with youth...the youth have been helping Pastor Karen with the GREAT GIVE-AWAY, passing out fliers for Sunday Connections and other stuff! THANKS!

MUSICIANS - don't give up. We're still working on HELP for this part of youth. Not everyone plays an instrument, so we're trying to do other things on Wednesday evenings too. (ADULTS: if you'd like to host the kids some Wedesday, talk to P.K. ASAP.)

KIDS NEED WORK - some of our youth are reaping the results of a failing economy, parents who are struggling, and more. If you have some work you'd be willing to supervise, we have some youth who would like to  earn some $$$$. It's a great opportunity to build relationships too! WE HAVE GREAT KIDS!

COMING ON SUNDAYS, Beginning October 4, about 1 pm --- Mark Gungor's DVD series for teens: Sex, Dating and Relating.  Famous for Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage, Gungor has put together important, life-saving information for youth.

Session 1: "Tale of Two Brains Teen Edit"

Session 2: "Keys to Dating Smart"

Session 3: "Sex Still Has  Price Tag" with Pam Stentzl

Session 4: "Sex: The Truth No One is Telling You."

Youth will need permission from their parents to participate, but it is open to Jr. and Sr. High School students (and college age). One more Preview session will take place early the week of September 28. Call P.K. for more info.

ALSO on SUNDAYS during Sunday Connections at 11:30 - The Prodigal God...youth will watch the DVD teaching and work through the program to discover what God is REALLY LIKE!  If you've had a skewed view of God, please make sure to see what this is all about!
