Since 2003, our church has been a Safe Sanctuary congregation. That means that we have adopted a policy that reduces the risk of child abuse in our church. Anyone who works with our children in any way is required to go through an interview, background check, and to agree to adhere to our Safe Sanctuary policy. We are fortunate that there has never been an incident of child abuse at our church. We want to keep it that way. This policy protects both our children and the people who volunteer to work with them. We are proud to say that we are doing everything we can to keep our children safe.
